4.8.12 Program

The 4.8.12 program is a steady and progressive program designed for the healthy individual with no injuries, limitations or health issues. It is designed to not only kickstart or re-start your healthy lifestyle, but also to give you the confidence and motivation to continue exercising after the 12 weeks. The program is designed to increase your energy, your overall body and core strength, and your body’s mobility and stability. This results driven program simply uses light and medium dumbbells and can be done in the comfort of your home. When paired with a healthy balanced diet and cardiovascular activity, you can expect to see a difference in your overall physical appearance. Individual results will vary.

What does the program look like?
Each week consists of three days of instructional videos. The videos are 20-30 minutes each and focus on overall body strengthening. I recommend choosing three non-consecutive days. This will allow a rest day or two in-between workouts. Please watch the brief preview video to get a better idea of what the program looks like. Remember, you don’t need lot of space. It’s from living room to living room!

Equipment needed: Light and medium dumbbells…that’s all! Exact weight depends on your individual progression and strength. Guidelines for weight are given as suggestions only.
