WHAT IS 4.8.12® FITNESS?

4.8.12® Fitness was started to bring a fresh approach to traditional exercises that are done in a fitness center. My steady and progressive approach to fitness is based around the core, building routines that require little equipment, and can be done from the convenience of your home. Core, balance, flexibility and overall strength training are key components of 4.8.12® Fitness. Feeling successful in fitness is an important motivator. I set my clients up for success by establishing realistic goals that can be achieved in a realistic timeline. My fitness plans are designed to increase the overall strength of your body, increase your flexibility, improve your balance, and reshape your body.

I am a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist through the American Council on Exercise and I have been a Personal Trainer for the past 20 years. I am comfortable working with all age groups and ability levels. I can work around most injuries and will adhere to any restrictions given by a physician or physical therapist.

All personal training sessions include customized routines, wellness coaching and nutritional guidance.

• 30 minute express session: $45.00
• 50 minute session: $70.00
• Each additional person $20.00 extra
